Took said mountain bike out today, pedalled to Bray and back (Possibly 3 miles if that), felt buggered before I had even got to the end of my road. In a few months I shall be a supermodel...yeah right!                                                                                                                                                                             

bought a bike last aug , cost me 500 did 1 mile on it got a puncture have,nt been on it since. makes a nice coat rack.
