IMO.. if you value your life....then there is no choice to make.. simples.   why on earth would anybody want to take such a gamble when riding on our congested roads                                                                                                                                                                             

I think it is great we live in a nanny state that wishes to save us from ourselves, however and I'm saying this without a racist intent! Turban warers are exempt on religious grounds from having to ware a helmet. That in it's self makes a compleat ass of the "compulsory" helmet law.   I do think we should have the choice to ware or not! i will always ware mine as i've been saved by an Arai once and that is more than enough to give you that wake up call........
