1. Double click on the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Select the 'Internet time' tab.
3. Put a tick in 'auto sync with internet time server'.
4. Enter in the server box 'uk.pool.ntp.org' (More reliable than microsoft default).
5. Click on 'apply'.
6. Click on 'update now'
7. Click 'OK'.

There now, were all synced, and will be forever more, .

  It synchronises with official servers on the internet 2 times per day.   All working time pieces are accurate twice a day, don't mean they keep perfect time
