  It was like reliving the nitemare Lou reading that lol   It's even worse when I've got my bike gear on, if the zips don't get me the velcro does Sleepy nearly have an accident Embarrassed   It's no joke when you've got I.B.S and there's a queue of women as desperate as I am to spend that penny (or 10p /20p depending on where you go)
