feelin fed up today 
backs decided its fed up with propping me up so its gone on holiday an left me pain killers a load of crap
an think a circus knife thrower is using me back as target practice, bloody bad backs think mine needs a good slap !!!!

sorry for moaning was just very fed up yesterday its a bit better today i can stand up !!!!! not straight but im mobile again 
and im having my new windows fitted too so frozen at the mo but looking forward to having 2 layers of glass to keep me warm !!!!!
