It's safe til January the 20-something Oggy...   After then... hmmmm... where are the servers that host the pics? If they're in the UK, then presumably the owners of the servers would be the ones to get in trouble as they'd be the ones in possession of said pics   It's just an extreme example to illustrate how daft and ill-conceived this legislation is, so no need to line up yer brief in preparation just yet...                                                                                                                                                                               

Even looking at an image in situ can be legally risky, if the computer caches it away in a temporary file that can be construed as downloading.
It's a minefield and could make our learned friends very rich (or even richer) with a few test cases

well that's why I got out of the dump they call the UK!  Here in Holland almost nothing is illegal lol.  You can download films and music from the internet, as long as you don't upload!  haha seriously.  And nevermind having bad porn pics, you can legally go shopping for a prostitute (not that I would, I'm just saying lol).   Just goes to show what kind of place the UK is, in times like this where we are all in serious crisis - the UK government have nothing better to do clearly.   Oh - and our servers are in the US and Netherlands, so theres no worries for us.  We're safe hosting TC's pictures for now.
