Can I make a suggestion Rose? If you made your open house day on Sunday 4th May, its a long weekend that weekend, and Pete, RC & DB's birthday event on the Monday, so we could all be down in the area for the full weekend??

I've scrapped the hotpants idea...it required too many pairs of socks stuffed down the front!.......I'll come in me leathers they are comical enough! hey nut, i had made a skidle shaped hole in all the topics for you!
