Yes darling, the Turkish ones with turned up toes to suit chai tea ceremony whilst sitting on cushions around an impossibly low table lol. Baklava and Turkish Delight always gratefully received. Hmmm let’s see how Rags replies to that πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It won't be Turkish, but Just for you Susi I'll be your South London Delight for the weekend. πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜

I plan to leave my manor house in South London around 7:30 on the Thursday morning. Staying off the motorway, with a stop for breakfast should take 3 and half to 4 hours.
So by 1pm I should instanced in my country pile. 🀴

I imagine I will be riding up through the Cotswolds via the Fosse Way as usual - hopefully with a couple of companions but equally happy for a solo trek. Probably arrive around teatime, allowing for the essential coffee and cake stops. Sooo looking forward to this and can’t wait for the Turkish delight lol xx

Is anyone planning any ride outs this weekend or is the bike show a thing?

The Saturday you have the bike show at Calne.
I'm happy to go on a ride out on the Friday. IF that's a big if. An old BM member (Stutts) rides up to meet us at the bike show and not ride up on the Friday to say hello.

A few places I've looked up within 100 miles return. Cheddar Gorge, Loomies (bike cafe) or Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum.
I don't know the roads in the area, so the rides could be a bit hit and miss
