I stand corrected Debs   But I think it used to be 16   But that was way back when I was racing in the 70's   And isn't there a requirement to have an "annual" medical after a certain age   Which I admit is not in itself an "age limit" but more of an extra requirement    So I was wrong on both counts     So we live and learn   I'm very pleased to hear that the ladies are making inroads into the Road Racing scene   Thanks for updating my knowledge   I'm always willing to learn   I must do some serious reading on the subject   But I still feel that more could be done by promoters and track owners to encourage girls/ladies onto the track                                                                                                                                                                                 

there is a requirement EVERY year when you renew your licence to have a full medical (usually by your own GP) regardless of your age....it applies whether youre 12 years old or 93! lol
