i have been getting out alot more lately so been using my bike helmet more,wondered why i was getting a headache within 10mins of putting it on.....so i measured my head....yep,i was wearing a medium helmet,size 57 and my head is 59....so now treated myself to a large helmet....just need some lovely weather and a pilly seat now to try it out!!!
