GSX 1400 suspension set up

Curious to know what suspension settings any fellow riders of the big suzy run? I am a big lad and just cant seem to get it right, especially on the front end. And suspension setting confuddle the bejeesus out of me..... too many variables for me lol..

Big Jake I had the same problem with a Fazer and ended up selling it as it just wasn't right no matter what I did.

This link will give you a much clearer understanding of what's going on with the settings if you read through it nice and steady (thanks to shadowfax)

thanks for the link rusty, unfortunatrly my bike is not on the chart.... fo some odd reason, looks like a yank site maybe the GSX 1400 never sold in US
