I thought I would start this thread, I know several have PM'd me & I think some have sent PM's to Bill & Alex too regarding saving a pitch for tents.
I thought it my help us all if we have a thread for it, that way we can print it off & take it with us & no one gets forgotten or missed off (ok yeah my spreadsheet mentality is showing through now) or if someone ends up being delayed on the day then a whole bunch dont get forgotten about cos the others can pick it up.
Even if you have let one of us know please still put your tent size down , aprox will do you don't have to get the tape measure out lol we wont be on the day.
One thing to point out as well is that we will be in the fire field, so would also help a little (& I do only mean a little) if you dont want your tent any place near the fire to let us know so we can save some space round the outside, tho that will mean that you are near bikes as they traditionally go round the outside of a group for the fire field.
I have suggested that when we have the flag up we can text a pic of the flag pole to everyone whos number we have too so if you cannot get us on our mobiles then you should be able to find us still
