Hi folks. I'm planning to convert my spoked wheels to adapt to tubeless tyres. Has anyone done this? If yes, can you please recommend a shop that does this? I'm based in Reading.
Thanks again.

Personaly I dont think thats a good idea as the rim is not designed for a tubless tyre. Nothing worse than getting ready for a ride and looking at a flat tyre on your bike.

I think rims or the tyres designed for tubeless might be a slightly different size, but that doesn't mean you can’t do it, but I know it can be hard getting tubeless tyres on spoked rims

Bit more info needed Naren. Are you presently running tubeless tyres on rims with a tube (in which case it's possible), or is it an older bike?

My Bonneville T100 has tubeless tyres, but has a tube. One way is to seal the spokes on the inside...just wanted to know if anyone has done this and if there are vendors that can do this, in and around Reading.

Naren I have mountain bikes and on them I have used sticky rim tape that’s available to cover spoke head holes so you can run your wheels with tubeless tyres, you also put a special puncture sealant that’s available in the tyre and use a bolt in valve, I put the tape around the rims twice, I’ve use these at pressures of twenty pounds and up to sixty pounds and they have never leaked, I can not see any reason why this shouldn’t work on motorcycles, with the MUC-OFF sealant I use you get a small battery device that you shine around the tyre that changes colour if it finds a leak,

Here is a review of a conversion kit https://ultimatemotorcycling.com/2023/05/05/outex-tubeless-kit-review-tube-to-tube-free-conversion/
Don't know if you fancy doing it yourself.

there is no going back after changing to this system ( truing the rim ) spoke removal .

In process of doing this, used tiger seal to cover the spokes, bolt in valves, tyres are standard tubeless, should have results on if it worked in a day or so
