Unfortunately there are some bad news to start of the New Year, Oggy has passed away, he was found by his daughter today 😔 iam sure all of you who knew him will keep his loved ones in your thoughts....

Absolutely horrendous news. I've spent many hours sitting in his kitchen drinking tea or coffee and we had some good rides to Sunny Hunny or his Triumph meets. A sad loss and my thoughts are with his family and friends

I could hardly believe it when I got a phone call this afternoon. We hadn't seen each other face to face for quite a while, but we were trading banter and mutual wind-ups about bikes and cars only a few days ago.
So sad for his family - RIP Oggy.

I didn't meet him personally and didn't get to chat with him on here either unfortunately.
It is always sad to receive news like this, his passing will no doubt touch quite a few people on here.

Terrible news. I only met him last year but he was a good egg, I'm kinda knocked sideways by this.

Further to the above posts Oggys daughter Becky has posted details of the funeral now;

The funeral will be held at Kings Lynn Crematorium on Friday 7th February 2025 at 1PM.

The Bikers escort will be leaving Oggys house at 12PM , although the meeting point for this is at the end of his road in Woodfen Road to avoid congestion outside the school.

Dress code for the funeral is optional as the family understand most of us will be in biker gear.

The wake will be from 3PM back at Littleport, at the Leisure Centre.
