Paypal payments available again

Hi folks

Due to a change in the terms & conditions at Paypal, we can now enable Paypal as a payment method once again.

The problem was always that they didn't protect us, the seller, from fraud (people paying for 6 months then after 6 months pulling their money back, which cost us the subs + chargeback fees).

Now digital services ARE finally protected by their Seller Protection policies.

Please let me know if you have any trouble using the Paypal option. I've tested it a couple of times but you guys are better at breaking things than I am ;-)
