What interest would there be for a meet up at Lytham St Annes, as a central point for most areas.

Good idea, nice to see the initiative

Not a rediculous distance from me, I could probably get there without getting lost

Where in Lytham or St. Annes would you meet? Obvious place would be car parks near the Windmill on the green [Large area of grass / parkland between road and Ribble estuary with a proper windmill on it] I believe some of local Coastal riders meet there on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings during summer months [having said that it may be a Wednesday lolol] There is a coffee / burger van on one of the car parks ,so I am told [Other local riders will have more information than me ]

Sounds a good idea, bit of a trek for a day trip for me. Would that be a weekend or a weekday

I think this is a fab idea!
It's close enough to Crosby & Formby for me to spend an hour or two doing a bit of nature watching too ๐๐
Be great for QM2, as he wouldn't have a massive slog to meet up. ๐

Personal preference would be GLASSON DOCK 15 miles further north. Plenty nice twisties to get there . Cafes and locals are "biker" orientated plenty of parking . Lots of bird watching around both Glasson and the creek and the Lune estuary on the other side of the town .Plenty local history as well [Nelson used to bring the Victory and others to the docks while he visited Lady Hamilton who lived that side of Lancaster]
