Whole thing seams a bit iffy to be TBH
For starters two bikes travling in opposit directions collide and they both stay on!
Next the only injury is to a foot, so what sort of bike has foot pegs wider than the handle bars?
Maybe the injured rider tried to kick the other bike and is trying to get some pay back?
TBH I find it difficult to see how that would be the point of contact with out any other points touching.
The injured rider wasnt badly injured enough to require paramedics but didn't give chase to two up on a cruiser.....hmmmmmmmm

Still should of stopped if there was contact, a suzuki Bandit over shot a bend coming towards me on my FZR and took out my right rear footpeg and holder and never even damaged my can, had to give chase and when I pulled him up he paid up £30 but would of been different story had a pillions foot been on it

Ok may be i stand corrected. Still an odd one tho.

There's only a one sided story with the other rider never stopping, he/she has automatically vilified themselves as the guilty by not doing so
