Wednesday 10 July saw Blaenau Gwent CBC unanimously granted planning permission to the proposed Circuit of Wales facility in Ebbw Vale. It is a proposed development for a motogp standard gp standard racetrack. The plans for the 830 acre facility wil cost £280 million and create 3000 jobs for the local area. Plans include a 3.5 mile race track, motocross and kart tracks. With planning permission it could be completed by 2015

£280 million , that's nowt. The Welsh coppers collect more than that per annum nicking bikers for speeding .
The laser brigade will be rubbing their hands together at the prospect of nicking even more bikers.
