Im with the Matt Lucas band... Boris is an idiot lol....... all joking aside it really depends on the local plod, even up here in Scotland we can still get out for an engine run so that our neighbours dont have to listen to it for 20mins idling away ...... just have a word with them and you will find they dont bother with a cruise, as they are having more probs with the cycling clubs jamming up the roads with groups of 10 riding elbow to elbow and doing 40-50K runs for the last 2 months (an hours exercise my shiny backside!)

Boobtube wont get past uB blocker's ad filtering. Google's 10000 advertisers scraping data sends the site to uB dustbin. Mores the pity.
