I didn't realise that Minnie. It seems that if we don't do any research as to what is happening and where, we will never know. The onus is therefore on us to find out where and when to protest. I wish I knew about the French liaison earlier!

I have done the Manchester fuel protest on the M62 in 2009 and 2010, there was a really good turn out for them .
The Police kept us all to a single lane although we kept speeds to below 50 mph.

When we arrived at Durham Bikewise this morning.. my first words were... "Wow! Wish this had been the turnout for the Mag Protest Last Week.. Can You Imagine?!" Field after field full of bikes.. and that does look impressive and there is no way it would have gone unnoticed... ~ I can't say for certain whether MAG were represented there or not.. didn' have time.. I was too busy purving bikes but if not.. they missed a golden opportunity! They are trying to organise another one for September.. Definately going to try and organise a rideout the encompasses it... Even if a handful more turn up it's still worth doing..
